Do I need to confirm my reservation?
There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you still feel you would like to verify that your reservation was made, you can do so by or by contacting our customer services team.
Will I be charged if I wish to cancel my hotel booking?
Bookerpk does not charge any Bookerpk fee for hotel cancellation. However, the hotel concerned might charge a fee for cancellation. You can either check on your hotel voucher or call our call center for details.
How do I cancel a hotel reservation?

What payment options does Bookerpk have?
Currently we accept payments through bank transfer. We are shortly accepting credit cards, debit cards and mobile wallet.
